Belt is made with webbing and a quick release buckle.
Chaps attach around the back of the leg with velcro.

Chaps for 12-18m length are 14 inches
Chaps leg length for 2- 3T are 17 inches
Chaps leg length for 4-5T is 20 inches
Chaps leg length for 6-7T is 23 inches
Chaps leg length for 8 is 25 inches

Chaps are made to fit to the ankle like shotgun chaps at the beginning.
Towards the end they will fit a few inches below the knee like regular chaps.
